Stuck in Odin Mode, on downloading OS screen after trying factory reset

Green Android guy on screen saying Downloading. ..do not turn off target after tried factory reset as directed. .never got to choose too delete data & reset though, just went to this screen. .help?

So you tried a "Hard Reset" and it took you to this screen? Is this correct?

If that is the case, there may be something prohibiting your downloading of the original data. Do you have a good wifi connection? Or are you able to connect to the internet via a USB to a computer? This would make the download much faster.
