Question Stuck in UEFI bios utility

I was using the computer normally when it started raining hard and the power went out in the neighborhood, when it was restored I turned on the PC and now it is stuck in this screen in advanced mode / ez mode. I tried to load the default options and it didn't work. I don't know about computers, but I think the boot options should have the "windows boot management" right? If the problem is with the boot options, how can I solve it?
