Stuck on the lock screen

Hi! I'm using ASUS X455L laptop. 2 days ago, in the middle of installing Kaspersky Internet Security, the program asked to restart. After it restart, it shows the lock screen, but i can't enter the password and the arrow also disappear. I've tried 'ctrl+alt+delete' several times and also hold the start button until it went shutdown then i open back several hours later. Still, my laptop is stuck on the lock screen.

There is nothing we can do about bypassing a lock screen. It would only be there if a password and lock was set up. You would need to know the password to get it.
