Stuck on welcome screen

Tried f8 and everything on that screen. It does not have the repair my computer on that screen either. I have tried all safe modes, I have tried changing boot sequence, I have probably tried everything. I don't have a recovery tool or disc. If u can think of anything that can get me to the start icon. Anything pass the welcome screen. Thanks very much appreciated.

Did you try removing a ram stick and booting?
