I have attached my current setup. I am using all HDMI cables

As you can see, I am using two switches. Since I have done this setup, I found myself limited with display on the Xbox 360 and PS3. On my computer monitor, which is an Asus 1080p, it will show 1080p fine on Xbox One and PS4. However, with the 360 and PS3, I have to do 720p.

If I do 1080p on the monitor with the 360 and PS3, the image cuts out every so often on the 360 and I do not even get a picture with the PS3. I have tried hooking them up directly to the monitor, and they work fine at 1080p. But, in my setup, they don't.

On my TV, it "seems" to work fine at 1080p with the 360 and PS3 but sometimes, I experience similar to my monitor's performance issues. 720p works fine though.

Any ideas why I am being limited to 720p on my monitor?

Thanks!

EDIT: Right after I posted this, I tried 1080p on my PS3 on my TV and I saw white fuzz around the screen, and the picture cuts out every 10-30 seconds. So, it seems to be happening to both my TV and monitor. Went back to 720p and totally fine.

Great idea! I am going to go down that route. I see you also replied to my question about getting sound from my TV from soundbar, but my main goal with that was to really get the sound working on my monitor instead. With the 6 x 2 switch, I can solve that problem easily because the soundbar wouldn't even be an issue!
