Is it full because you added apps to it or is it fully because you got it from somewhere else and are now trying to access it?

If it is the first one, you would just need to remove the apps, uninstall them, from your phone's settings. They should be listed there.

If, however, it is a card with apps, etc. belonging to someone else, then it is probably cannot access the data. Apps on a card usually only happens when the card has been encoded, to work with the device it was done in. Only that device can access it.

Now if this was your own card, having been changed over to accept apps and encoded, but you reset the device and now it won't access the card it is no different than if it was from a different device. Except in this case, it...
