If the subtitles are different words than what's being spoken, then there's not much you can do about that. Usually subtitles are more literal translations from the original language. The voice translation is usually modified to sound more natural in the new language.
If the subtitles are showing up at a different time from the spoken words, then you'll have to find a subtitle time offset option in your video playback program, if it has it. Worst case you can demux the video into separate video, audio, and subtitle files, then use a subtitle editing program to manually change the time on all the subtitles, then mux them all back into one file. But that's a lot of work.
