I have a JBL PSW1000--powered subwoofer. It has both speaker level and low level inputs. It is connected to an older JVC receiver using the front speaker receiver outputs to the JBL speaker inputs, and then it's outputs go to the front left/right speakers.
I now have a new ONKYO receiver to connect. It has more outputs than the JVC. How do I use the subwoofer out from the receiver(or the coaxial)?. Since the receiver out is only one plug, I do not know what to use it for.

Solution
Very simple. Just connect the single sub out to either of the line level inputs. Set the frequency all the way up, phase to 0 and the level to about half of the total rotation. You will then need to set up the receiver. Follow the owners manual.
