Subwoofer line ins, and speaker pass through?

I noticed it has line in inputs and speaker level ins and outs and that this is a self powered subwoofer. I'm looking to connect this to my PC along with my pair of non self powered speakers.

Am i able to connect the front channel output on my PC's motherboard to the RCA jacks on this subwoofer, while using the subwoofer to output and power a pair of speakers?

No,the sub will not power other speakers.
The speaker level inputs and outputs are there so you can connect an amplifier speaker output to the sub then the sub to the speakers,this allows the sub to extract the low frequencies it requires from the speaker line.
