Subwoofer with in put and out puts plugs

My subwoofer l RCA model SP9950 has 8 spekers wire conections on the top ones it says out puts and bottom ones in put

The 4 inputs are to connect the output of a stereo receiver or amp.
The 4 outputs are to connect a pair of passive speakers.
Both the sub and satellites will be powered from that amp.
The relative volume of the sub and speaker is not adjustable so you may get too much or too little bass.
