Sudden hit my laptop and went blank

I didn't purposely hit my laptop it just happens that my hands drop it on my laptop while I'm using it and then after the hitting my laptop froze and I panic so I shut it off by pressing the shut down button and it off. Right after when it of, I tried to open it and it boot but after displaying windows it went blank. I noticed too that my CD ROM is a bit loos. What to do? Please help me.

Most likely Hard Disk failure especially if it was working at the moment you hit the laptop.
Less likely the impact has caused a connector to the motherboard to come loose.
