Suggest a laptop for heavy data manipulations / Machine learning Alogrithems

Hi,

I primarily work on R. I do data some heavy data manipulation and then run some machine learning algorithms.

Below is the set up I have in mind. Please suggest the best laptop that meets the below specifications. Don't worry about budget much.

Processor: Intel i5 4300M 4th generation processor or better
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 (most laptops come with 4GB or 8GB memory, So I will order extra rams and add it myself. MB should support 16GB)
Storage: Preferably SSD of at least 256 GB or else any standard HD
Architecture: 64 bit
OS: Windows 7 or 8
Screen Size: preferably around 14"

Currency - Indian Rupee - INR

I tried searching on some local e-retailers but the websites are so bad, it's very hard to search for what I want.
