Suggest me laptop able to play batman arkham knight

I hate to be "that guy" but you would be hard pressed to find even a desktop capable of running that at your budget. Unless looking at refurbished or off-lease, I don't see it happening (and even then, you'll likely need to do some serious shopping)
Consider that the "minimum" hardware needed is a 4 core CPU at 2.6GHz or greater, a GTX 760M and 6GB of memory - the least expensive laptop I found that might* play it runs about ₹55k

*I didn't fully check specs which is why I didn't link it either.

Warner Bros. pulled the game from Steam to fix severe performance issues on the PC. When the game has been fixed it will be re-released and I assume they will update the system requirements.
