I would go straight.
I will run following apps:
vmware with xp,8 as guest
adobe after effects
adobe photoshop
android,php and more ides
browsing
Gaming:gta 4,witcher 3

Multitasking:
vmware+browsing+music/video+after effects+photoshop

Laptop in flipkart and ebay has same CPU i5 4210U difference is
ebay:12 GB RAM + Intel 4400 GPU
flipkart:4 GB RAM + Nvidia 820M 2GB GB

which one is good for me

but what about ebay ones,are they capable of my other apps that i want to run other than games

well, they have more ram, but they will not allow you to play the games you mentioned, none of them are ideal, but if you want a more balanced laptop you should go with the compaq, and you can always upgrade your ram.

Since i have sent my money more in other things this month, i will go for 820M laptop.
I will try to search for more with dedicated card with this budget.

For that budget I think the best GPU you can find is the 820m, at lest on a new laptop.
