Question Switching SIM Cards from iPhone to Sony

i need to switch SIM Cards, from iPhone SE 3rd Gen, to Sony Xperia LT26i. how to do this, step by step?
the iPhone is unlocked.

i have Safelink Wireless(which is affiliated with Tracfone).

also, the Sony phone has a forgotten password on it, i am the legal owner. i bought this phone on online.

How to do this?

The iPhone SE (3rd Gen) uses a Nano SIM and the Sony Xperia LT26i (Xperia S) uses a Micro SIM so you either need a new SIM card or you need to purchase yourself a SIM card adapter. Also, that Sony Xperia LT26i is incredibly old, and only supports 3G so might not even work on Safelink Wireless anymore.
