Never.

We use Messagelabs here and trying to get Support to do ANYTHING is practically impossible and that's a paid for service costing $$$$

Role on Windows 8 with built in AV/malware detection.

Their software is so CPU demanding it drags my PC down to a crawl. Anyone else have that problem? I don't use them any more for that reason not a question of trust, just eats too much resource from my CPU. I have a AMD x4 @ 2.8ghz

Norton 2008 - 2011 has less of an impact on system performance than any other A/V on the market, excluding Microsoft's "Security Essentials". Aside from running a system scan, I've never seen Norton 2008 - 2011 go above 5% CPU usage.

That maybe true I don't know because I have not used them for many years now. I now use Webroot w/antivirus and average 4% CPU

I agree with you. Running a C2Q Q8400 @ 2.66 GHz, no probs.

I'm on Windows 7 64bit with SP1....

I had AVG Suite but got rid of that and currently using MS Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware...

I'm not using any "security" software on my Archos 10 1 tablet currently...

so far I haven't had any virus or malware attacks for past 9 weeks since the switch...

I'm pretty careful when downloading software and reading email with attachments (do NOT open ANY attachments) so I'm happy with my current setup and will continue to use free solution by MS...

I do like Anti-Malware software and its ease of interface so I'm considering purchasing of their lifetime license...

I have had a touch on/off relationship with norton products since I abandoned them in in 2000.

Still not impressed(360), still not going back...

TITLE: "Symantec's Norton One Will Protect All Your Devices"

Not my devices, they won't. I've already relegated Norton and McCrappy to the dustbin of IT history. Before I let Norton NEAR my hardware I'd take a hammer to my devices and set them on fire in the street just to avoid the aggravation Norton's crappy software.

I use Linux and don't have these "security" issues at home. Microsoft built a nice environment for other companies to have to come in and secure their insecure OS.
