System freeze

Hola! Why is my system freezing ONLY when watching stream (flashplayer, mp4 ect.) and not when doing anything els and that would be hours of gaming BF3 and such so it is not a temp. related item-cpu will stay under 55 celsius and the same for gpu 60-65 ish specs:

Q9650(o.c. 3,4)
PNY XLR 560Ti
4gb pc2-8000 ram
Corsair AX750 W
vista 64, Gf 301,42 driver
and all the newest patches to everthing

Go back to older nVidia drivers, the new versions lock up in Flash a lot.

Yep! I did that last night 296,10 it now works like a charm.. NVIDIA hmmm

My system freeze and make a noise when something is running (songs/movie/tones) and A blue screen comes and the message shows "Physical memory dumps complete
Help me
