system requirement for labtop gaming

hello guys. I have a labtop. it has this system:6 gig ram. 2 gig video card. i5. can I run the games that has this system requirement in minimum system requirement? can I play it with high resolution?

Depends on what you're playing. Most likely, you'll be restricted to low or medium settings for recent releases, but older games should be just fine.
