Tablet problems, need your help please!

My tab's brand is Samsung Galaxy Tab Duos. It has these problems like it loads very long when i'm turning it on and it can't connect to the internet. i've looked on the setting for its internet connection but it still doesn't connect. the mobile sim's name doesn't also appear in the status bar. Plus, it can't received applications via bluetooth. hope you can help me. thank you.
