Well if it won't charge, it probably need a new battery. Resetting the device won't help that.

If it is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not, you will either have to replace the battery yourself, or take it to someone who can do it for you. And yes, I know they can be complicated to change, but it can be done.
