television without iplayer

I've just bought a Toshiba 24D1633DB . It has tuned automatically and works fine but I can't find the BBC iplayer on it

Where is it????

It doesn't seem to be a "smart" TV with internet functions so you will need to connect a PC or streaming media stick/box with the BBC player app or the KODI addon.
