tell me how to unlock my half encrpted device

i make botlocker to my device and i plug out in between encrpting while this in progress only 9% completed now i again connect but my hard drive asking for password i type password but next option came that this is not proper encrpt i also try to unlock from key but no use.kindly if any body know then tell me how i can get out from this situaution.how i unlock my device or remove this password to get my data
