Question Temporary on-line storage

I will soon need to replace the drives in my 4 bay NAS, a Western Digital EX4100. It's configured as RAID 5. It appears that to replace the four existing 4TB drives with either the same size units or larger ones will require me to find some place to temporarily store about 2.5 TB of data. Other than the options shown in the article at https://www.tomsguide.com/buying-guide/best-cloud-storage, are there any others for just temproary storage of a week or two that is truly secure? My internet runs at 600mbps DL, by the way.

I already read that article. What I need is a place to temporarily close to three TB of data.
