Tera copy [TeraCopy] question

I like [strike]tera copy[/strike] TeraCopy but when i transfer large files to another hard drive it usually goes over 100% but usually stops around 106-110% . It says completed or success and doesnt error out .

Is this normal or should i stop using it to transfer important files?

I really like it but i find it wierd that it goes over 100%

TeraCopy verifies the data it has copied to ensure it's identical to the source data, so I wouldn't worry about using it. Verification probably accounts for the overrun but that's just a guess.
