when I recorded my voice incorrectly ,I think, the tempo was really slow

I can solve my pitch problem with your link head information program
but the new problem arose, the tempo problem... the tempo is slow as before

Didja ever consider doing the track over again? I mean, that's why
multi-tracking became popular in the first place...it helped
not-so-good musicians sound like great musicians by allowing them to
do it over and over and over again until they got it right!

Sinatra would NEVER do more than ONE take at Capitol...ever. It was
the first take with the orchestra or nothing.

Bob Dylan was like that too.
I think that was about the feel, not the pitch.
