Cant get into gmail without password. And phone#-- i cant remember either

You're lucky because without your password, no-one else can get into your personal mails either. You can only resolve this through Google - we can't help you here.

Try to log in and when the password you put in fails, there will be a trail to follow for you to answer the security questions you set when you created the account. Fail that stage and you're locked out forever.
