The Best Bang for your buck Tablet! (Cheapest?)

So I'm looking for tablet I can buy a lot so I can wallmount them.
Something fast enough to snap when accessing an internet page but not something that will break the wallet.

Any suggestions?

Chinese tablets are getting better and better these days. Google "pipo u1" and you'll be amazed by the processing power and the resolution on it's IPS screen. All the dual core cpu + quad core MALI 400 gpu goodness for $160! I've seen some demos and it's lovely smooth and powerful, but you know, after all it's Chinese
