There are 6 hours left and we need support and need a monumental push. Exposure has been the largest struggle. There is an alpha demo available. As a huge fan of descent myself I want to see the genre reborn, not a single game made but many! Retrovirus is a step in that direction. What Retrovirus does is it introduce a concept of gaming (6DoF) that hasn't been around for years to a new generation of gamers. It is too early to tell if this game will be the 6DoF trendsetter for this new generation... but hell, lets get it started. There is precedent for a single studio calling enough attention to a genre to perk interest... lets start that now and here. An up vote for Retrovirus or Kickstarter pledge only heightens the interest in this type of game genre. If it is Minerwars or Retrovirus or some other studio, it doesn't matter, this genre will be reborn, lets bring Descent like games back into the spotlight.
