Um, the PS4 is definitely hurting for couch co-op games. Not sure why you would think it's not based on the 11 games that you posted.
The majority of Ps4 games are single player or offer online play. Which means if you want to play with your significant other, or a sibling they're going to need a separate system along with a PSN account to even consider playing with you, along with an extra copy of the game. (That's not including an extra TV to be able to actually use the thing and if space is an issue, then you definitely need to take that into consideration.)
