Guest names are back on the Program Guide. Yeah baby! I figure I can
now add a Season Pass and set the priority ahead of the manual TODO
I've been using the past few month, then I can flip them around again
if they stop providing the info.

Yep, I just noticed that. The SP placed ahead of the Manual recording
in priority is a good idea.

Using the SP for the Daily Show has been notoriously problematic for me
due to the time being off, always miss the last minute or so. Wish there
were a solution from within SP.

I have changed the recording options on my season pass to add one minute, to
the stop time, and it works like a charm. Since Letterman and The Tonight
Show start at 11:35 PM ET there is no conflict for me.

Can't miss the zen ;-)
I add a minute to the start as well.
The opening starts with the date if it's fresh, and doesn't show the date
if it's old.

Yeah, but the start is pretty long and it's rare that it starts early.
I don't think I've ever seen John start talking before 11:00.

But padding it 1 or minutes at the end is a must ;-). Sometimes the zen
is boring, but sometimes it's the funniest bit of the whole show.

DirecTivo?
I have one minute at the beginning and two minutes at the end.

My problems disappeared when I went to 3 minutes at the front and 5
minutes at the end, except for once a month for David Letterman when the
news is extended 15 minutes.
