I don't know how the V30 did Sooooo poorly in Tom's tests, but it bested EVERY SINGLE OTHER PHONE in many live battery drain tests! Very weird. I can say that about the LG G6, but not the V30! It actually had a very impressively power efficient OLED screen. Hmmm!!!

The G5 has not a good battery life but at least you can switch batteries. I always have a spare with me and never had problems. Unfortunately, removable batteries are not standard anymore
