The little speaker icon in taskbar is lost

On my xp I removed something from add or remove programs add after that i cant hear audio and that icon is also lost

Windows XP? Check your device manager (control panel -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager) and see if there are any missing devices. May be difficult to these days to get XP versions of your drivers but it's worth a try, good example over at driver easy which may be worth a try.
