The numberic key pay on my recently purchased Toshiba Satellite C55-C5380 does not work. Some chatter on the forums indicate it is probably a Windows 10 issue. Is there a fix in the process, or what should I do?

Hi,

On your keyboard just right where you see your numeric keys there's a button that would say Num Lock, press that once and you should see a green light on it and that should make your numeric keys work.

Of course I had the number lock key pressed ond the light was on. The numeric keypad does not work running Windows 10.

Toshiba is junk, don't buy their poorly made pieces of you fill in the blank.
