I did a freq. scan and noticed that The Outdoor Channel is at 4.193 Mhz
(down 2) (same SR and FEC 5.500,3/4).Can anybody confirm this?

I know my receiver is in order as all the other frequencies are accurate, but
I just want to double check.

Is it only available via MPEG2? I found 4 channels but wanted to know if I
can receive it on my 4DTV.
TIA.
