The Road Group release of The Naked City

Can anyone tell me if this release came with an insert in addition to
whatever notes were on the jacket? I recently got a laserdisc copy of this
release and no insert.

My copy didn't have an insert. Some of the Roan LDs came with reprinted
pressbooks or similar inserts, but I'm reasonably certain NAKED CITY
wasn't one of the ones that did.
