The subscription renewal on my hp netbook wont connect

Hello, whenever i turn on my hp notebook, a Magic ISO message flashes up saying that my hp is not connected properly to windows and tells me to renew it. My laptop (notebook) is also running slow and wont allow me to click on icons...how do i fix this?

Remove all the crapware in it or just do a system restore to the original factory settings.
Otherwise just check the "start-up" menu in the windows start-bar and remove the entry for the Magic ISO thing.
If it ain't there, you could try a selective start-up and remove the entries in it that are not connected to a standard start-up.
