Thick blue lines on screen while I open the laptop

Please tell me what is wrong with my laptop as it has thick lines appearing on the screen as soon as I switch it on, before they use to go when I toched the screen but now that also not working, please help and guide how to resolve the problem

Perhaps it's a graphics driver problem.
