Question Thin Black Border on Monitor

I have a MSI G24C4 Monitor and today I developed a thin black border on the right, top and left which seems to be affecting the resolution of my monitor. Everything appears fuzzy and not as clear as on my second monitor. Drivers are up to date and this issue isn't affecting my second monitor. I have tried adjusting the resolution in windows, the NVIDIA control panel, resizing doesn't work as I cant get to the edge of the screen. I've even done a factory reset to no avail.

When the monitor is turned off you can see this area as if its not getting any power or something. Attached is a photo.

Any help would be great.
