This seems like a good default candidate. I take it there’s no way to make this setting non-volatile?

Perhaps it will be enabled first in Accessibility, since prioritizing voice frequencies and other such amenities (like custom equalization, mouse usage, triple-tap, LED alerts, back-tap) are the domain of the differently abled?
