I don't know why Tom's Guide find the addition of old, not particularly good, movies to these streaming services news worthy. Subscribers are paying money for Netflix and the rest so quite naturally they are going to watch whatever the streamers offer. Midway was not "underrated". It was just not that good of a movie, as are most of their catalogue.

I liked the movie, right up to the end. When they acknowledged the Jap losses I lost all respect for the film makers! They attacked us! I'll watch the original over this one anytime.
