Hello, before my laptop went dead (3yrs. ago) The AC power light/Battery light showed me that it was not charging. I took it to a computer repair center and they told me ($45 troubleshoot)) possibly the mother board ($750) I declined to get it fix. Once again I took it out from the backpack and I connected the charger and is giving me some codes. The POWER on/off light flashes 1 (Pause 2-3secs.), 1(Pause2-3secs.) then the AC power/battery light flashes 1 following with one flash at the Power on/off light.

After that I pushed the power button and the Power on/off light flashes 1 (Pause one sec.), 1 (one sec.), 1 (one sec.), 1 (one sec.), 1 (one sec.), 1 (one sec.) then 1 long flash (two secs.) and then 1 flash. The internal storage drive light stays off at all times.

I have been watching some u-tuber videos when they are trouble shooting a dead laptop. I would like to fix it or tear it down to pieces. I have three more laptops to recycle older models. I would like to take apart the mother board and check the burned area. For some reason I think the problem is at the power supply, because it went dead on me and it was not charging. Any tips??? Thanks
