titan jaxx not working

my head phones are titan jaxx and they worked perfect 3 hours ago but then stopped i know it's not my laptop because it's not working for other things and i tried the control manage thing it thinks there in but no sound is coming out

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by checking if your headphones is set as the default Playback Device.
- Right click on the speaker icon and select Playback Devices.
- To set your headphone as the default, right click on it and select Set Default then click Apply and OK.
- If these will not work, uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the sound driver and reboot your laptop.
- Do test if you'll have the sound back after the reboot.
