To recover my lost account

I lost my sim card a days ago and I forgot my password but I do know my last password which I changed recently.....is there any change I can get back my account ? Or should I create another account

You really should contact the support of wich ever company you have the accout with and ask what to do.
in most casesthey can block the old sim, and send you a new one after you have proven ownership
