Took apart laptop now screen wont turn on and ports wont work Toshiba Satellite L55-C5272

I was trying to convert my laptop into a desktop. After I found it impossible with the current supplies at my disposal I tried to reassemble it. After closing everything up and making sure all the wires were connected it powered on but the LCD wont turn on and the ports do not work I NEED HELP!

Well, issue is pretty simple, you did not put it back together properly or broke something while working on it. Nothing we can do remotely to help, you need a computer tech to check the system and see what is wrong, or possibly a full new motherboard.
