Will I get tracked or hacked by just browsing tor. I am not doing anything illegal but I know some of the sites are illigal

Its about as illegal as running out of a burning building holding a tank of gasoline. (Not technically illegal but looks suspicious as heck and will definitely get you put on a list of suspects)

You must be new. And spathe short awnser is no. You won't be traced at all unless you are searching something up like "how to hide a body" or "how to kill your neibour" and all of that illigal stuff. As for illegal websites, there are none. Just websites with age restrictions and websites that have been removed from search engines
