Torrents don't work! HELP PLEASE

When I open and download something on utorren, no matter how many seeders there are it still never goes higher than 1,0 kb/s plus the internet stops working. For example I can't go on the internet or play online games but as soon as I close utorrent everything works again (the same happens with bittorrent).

Doubt youll get much assistance with P2P xfers here due to the no piracy rule. Doesnt matter what ya say you are using it for, its assumed the worse.
