Tosh Satt C50 Wont Turn On

Hi everyone,

I have a Tosh Satt C50 which will not turn on

When I put the power cord in 2 lights at the
front blink and then nothing no fan noise
infact no noises what so ever just dead

I have tried removing battery and cord them
pressing on and off button to discharge any-
thing still on the board

Any help or advice would be much appreciated
