HELLO THERE I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD PLEASE ASSIST/HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PROBLEM I HAVE.
I HAVE A TOSHIBA SATELLITE A305-S6872 LAPTOP, IT IS DISPLAYING BOOTMGR IS MISSING . I DONT HAVE ANY RECOVERY CDS.. BUT I WOULD REALLY LOVE TO SAVE SOME FILES SUCH AS PICTURES/MUSIC HOW DO I GO ABOUT THAT?

You could remove the drive and connect it, as an external drive, to another computer if you have one. Once connected you could (should) copy the files to the other computer or a flash drive. For future reference please don't type your question in all capital letters.

If you turn the laptop upside down you should see the drive bay on the bottom. Remove the hard drive cover plate (usually two screws) and carefully remove the drive (it is probably in a drive caddy) being sure to check if there are any screws securing the drive. If you don't have one you will need a SATA to USB cable or docking station to externally connect the drive to another computer.

Here are some options for that:

Note: This will install whatever OS (Windows version) was originally installed on the computer.
