I have a new frustration.
I've just done a complete re-install of Win7 on my Satellite A660 laptop, and at the same time set it up as a dual boot machine with Linux Mint 17.2
When I run Win7 the keyboard is backlit; when I run Mint the keyboard is not backlit. What's missing from the Mint installation? Am I missing a driver, a utility or what? I've had a look at the list of Toshiba drivers (http/www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/a660/psaw3a-0tk00r/download?os=25) but can't see anything that sounds likely.
Guidance would be much appreciated.
