Toshiba Automatic loop

Hi. Stuck in auto repair loop. No safe mode boot available F8.Can not use HDD recovery F12. All i can do is F2 to menu and F12 for boot menu. Wimdows 8.1. Toshiba L850D. Please help.

If the laptop is in warranty, contact Toshiba. If it's not, look in the BIOS for a drive check utility and run that, the drive may be bad. If not in BIOS, a disk like Hirern's Boot disk or Ultimate Boot CD has drive check utilities. Seatools should scan all drive vendor drivers for errors.
